At AJS,we can achieve a highly detailed, creative tap handle from our urethane molding department. Here, the handle starts with our designers and then quickly moves to our sculpture artists. The design is hand-crafted out of either wood or clay, and that prototype design is used to cast a urethane mold. This mold is then used to cast each part of your order. From here it goes into our finishing department for painting, decals and hardware.
